Whitecourt Alberta will be an exciting place to be this weekend Friday Feb 13th to the 15th.
The Whitecourt Trailblazers "Sled Invasion" event celebrating 30 years of service to the snowmobile community have teamed up with professional Winter X-Games riders to extend their event as an opportunity to help Blair Morgan and his familiy after a tragic motocross accident in September 2008 ended Blair's successfull racing career.
Dane Furguson, the 2009 Gold Medal Champ of the Winter X-Games "Next Trick" competition will be competing on one of Blair's sleds at the Sled Invasion event Friday Feb.13 @ 7:30PM and Sunday Feb. 15th @ 6:00PM.
The sled will be auctioned off during the Sled Invasion weekend to raise money for Blair, his wife and two young children. Blair has also donated a bunch of autographed items like helmets, jerseys, t-shirts and more for a silent auction benefiting his family.
This is an amazing opportunity to celebrate snowmobiling while helping a SnoCross hero through a difficult time.

One week from today, Alberta's Whitecourt Trailblazers will be kicking off their 30th Anniversary celebrations.
From February 13 to 15th in Whitecourt Alberta, a number of fun events have been planned for you, your friends and family.
The Club will be hosting Snowmobile Freestyle Events in conjunction with their annual Snowmobile Rally and the Provincial ASA Snowmobile Jamboree.
The Freestyle shows on February 13 and 15, will feature professional Winter X-Games riders showing off their Freestyle jumps
and tricks as seen at popular X Games events. There will also be a World Record jump attempt by 19yr old Sam Rogers that will be the highlight of the Freestyle show. [More]
